  • 🤸🏼‍♀️ A more gentle 25 min. mobility routine that’s low in joint impact and/or modifiable to your level & needs.
    🎯 Target Areas: full body mobility (all major joints prioritising shoulders, spine, hips)
    💭 How To Use: as active rest on your day off or whenever you feel like it
    🔧 Equipment: optional - blanket (if you struggle with sitting on your knees/ankles)

    Hey team! Sometimes all that deep-tissue & squat mobility can be a little much if the body isn’t feeling quite right. In this format we prioritise moves that are a little bit more gentle or can be easily modified if needed. Enjoy! 🔥

    thank you Julia. as someone studying exercise physiology, many of you videos have great movements. this one in particular had some fantastic variations. Great production, simple to follow, easy to recommend to others.

    Awesome class as usual! Did you know that since I started following you a few years ago I have increased my swimming totals an average of 600-800 meters in an hours practice. My stroke is longer and my rotation has improved more than I thought possible. Thanks so much

    This is just what I needed today Julia! I just got over Covid so needed something to give me a little push (little 😂) as I had to go back to work today. This was just a fabulous way to start my day. Your mobility workouts are amazing! Well, truthfully, all your content is the bomb 💣. I always look forward to seeing new content on your site. I am really loving how you show multiple levels so I can either challenge myself even if I can only do one rep. I just know there is more to work towards with my mobility.

    I’m dealing with shoulder pain from sleeping wrong 😑. I’m unable to do my usual bodyweight and hiit style workouts and these mobility sessions or so helpful
