🔧 Equipment: optional - blanket (if you struggle with sitting on your knees/ankles)

Hey team! Sometimes all that deep-tissue & squat mobility can be a little much if the body isn’t feeling quite right. In this format we prioritise moves that are a little bit more gentle or can be easily modified if needed. Enjoy! 🔥

Awesome class as usual! Did you know that since I started following you a few years ago I have increased my swimming totals an average of 600-800 meters in an hours practice. My stroke is longer and my rotation has improved more than I thought possible. Thanks so much

This is just what I needed today Julia! I just got over Covid so needed something to give me a little push (little 😂) as I had to go back to work today. This was just a fabulous way to start my day. Your mobility workouts are amazing! Well, truthfully, all your content is the bomb 💣. I always look forward to seeing new content on your site. I am really loving how you show multiple levels so I can either challenge myself even if I can only do one rep. I just know there is more to work towards with my mobility.
